(This is no joke) When you go to the bathroom and do your business (number 2) use watered down flushable wipies to make sure that you clean your backside real well (after you use toilet paper). After that you need to use lanacane (maximum strength) to get rid of the irritableness. After a while you won't need to use the lanacane, but you will need to use wipies (or the water itself) to clean real well. Toilet paper doesn't really do the necessary job. Make sure that the wipies are watered down. I hope that this helps.
Oh yeah, watch out for the soap that you use, when you shower.

if your doctor said its heat rash it probably is the best thing you can get for itching is Antihistamine (might have spelled that wrong) theyre for alergy symptoms i dont know where you are but in the UK the best one for itching is called Piritin the medicine not the tablets it even stops chicken pox from itching and is ok for all rashes. nettles, stings ,bites ,etc.

Is the itch on your buttocks or your anus? If it is on your buttocks it could be anything from a rash from sweating or the dyes from your laundry soap!
If it is your anus it could be hemorrhoids! I hope this has helped!
PS Do you wear boxers or briefs? If you wear briefs try cotton boxers maybe you are just sweating too much!

i t may be a heat rash, so keep yourself cool. wear loose, cotton or silk clothings. it may be fungal infection or allergic rashes. it can also be scabies. If it persists, see your doctor again. calamine lotion or eurax can relieve itch.

Try some "tucks" or something like that... or prep H. See if things like that help... there are so many things on the market these days... but make sure its meant to go where you are putting it so that you dont make things worse.
Good luck!
