I would give it back to the person who dropped it if I saw it happen. Otherwise, I would at first pocket it, and then give a waitress a really big tip for a small meal or drop it in a charity bucket or buy ingredients for chili mac or sandwiches and after making it I would take it to the shelter so that more homeless could eat than one. (I actually do make chili mac enough for 50 to eat from once a month - my coworkers and I have done this for 2 years now). So I suppose D.

Put it in the plate, unless I was really in need of the 10, then I would put 10% (1$) in the plate and use the 9 for whatever i needed it for.

I'd pocket it, but if the homeless guy saw me pick it up or was in close distance i'd probably give it to him.

i pocket it! unless u have the money to just through the 10 dollars away, its not selfish. i once found 150 dollars on the ground... i pocketed it. otherwise some one else would have

I have found more than that before and my son has found $100.00 on 2 different occasions....man talk about a windfall for him...lol.... $100.00 doesn't buy as much as he thought it would...that's life...so yes, we have pocketed it...well spent it actually...
P.S. We do as much as we can throughout the yr to help with others...especially during the holidays...so I don't feel bad about letting him spend the money...

if they're a begar or a homless person nearby, then it must be the sign. i'll give it to them, only a dollar or 2 though. it's not like im an angel or something (get real, dude)
if not, get real and pocket it.
if someone sees me taking it, i'll pretend it's mine that just fell on the ground.

I'd put it my purse and wait for the first solicitation from a charitable organization I recognized. They would get the cash donation from me...and yes I have done this in the past.

if i found it on the way to church i would give it to the church, if i found it and the homeless guy was right in front of me askin for money i'd give it to him ....or would i? NAH......scratch all that....i would pocket it.
