Herps outbreaks are very sore and look like a small sore, that the scab was picked off of. Sometimes there will be a yellowish discharge.
If in doubt, see your Doc.

if its herpes do not have pasta, peanuts, chocolate or oranges. but take olive leaf extract and eat or juice raspberries, blueberries & cranberries 7-14 times a week until it is gone
if it is a s.t.d get a herbal formula with golden seal from the health shop or herbalist and eat lots of coconut (fresh or canned)
try to avoid any chemical product and animals -cos they have lots of parasites
dont panic u will b fine!

heehee..no silly its not herpes...just call your doc. and tell them whats up...I dont know much about different er...problems like that so I cant be much of any help...but I do know its not herpes.
