Can we trust a person who has already broken your heart??

i read shakespeer somewhere that "Dont trust a person who breaks ur heart, coz if he/she can do it once,he/she can do it twice". is this true????????

It really depends if ur heart wants to trust this person after she/he broke ur heart. People say that "you can forgive but not forget" what they did to u. Some people after making the mistake once didnt realize what they had until they loose them & is willing to do anything to get the person back even if they have to change for the better. While others will not learn from their mistakes & do it again only because they still didn't know what they have or they feel that they can do better. Just like some people will say "once a player alway a player" or "if they can do it once, they can do it again" So there is no right answer to this question only because everyone will respond in their own way when this issue occurs. I hope that answers ur question. :D

There's a saying "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." Don't trust this person with your heart again or you will almost be sure to regret it. If you do give them another chance, you will have to be mentally prepared and not get too involved, especially sexually. Tell the person you are taking it slow cuz you don't trust them after the heartbreak and pain of the first time.

It depends on what they did to break your heart, different things have different severity. Also if the person lied or did they be truthful. Theres too many shades of gray in this question, but personally you're looking at a 50/50 situation here. Go with your gut.

Yeah it's true. I feel like... If u think someone's hot, you will kind of always think they are hot. whether you end up hating them or not, it doesn't matter. If you love someone, you always have a special place for them in your heart. and if they can hurt you once, they can do it again and again and again. It doesn't change really unless they become more attracted to you for any reason what soever or they finally realize they messed up the last time.

Yes! Everybody deserves a second chance. Don't prison yourself w/ that thoughts that he/she did it once,he/she can do it twice. If they have hurt and made mistakes on you that's because nobody is perfect. Try to forgive him/her...give them another chance. A chance to correct the wrong of yesterday and heal the pain of the past. Learn to forgive and forget. Give them another chance as what you wish to be given. ;-)

of course they can break it again. i would give it a lot of time before trusting them. they would need to have some life altering experience to make me believe that they could just have a change of heart.

maximum relationships end quicker or later, and if emotion is in touch, thoughts gets harm. sure, i've got been harm various circumstances (whether it replaced into love or infatuation). I constantly recover from the guy...this existence is basically too short to spend it pining over somebody who does not prefer to be with me. i found out one and all wasn't a competent tournament for me, while they made it sparkling I wasn't a competent tournament for them. ?

Sure it is true but life is a risk, we all take risks. There's nothing wrong if you took the risk and give him a second chance. Remember people change too. They can change for better.
