Plastic. Styrofoam is bad for the environment. Plastic can be recycled.

Being single, I drink out of the (plastic) cola bottle, thus not having to buy either. I use glass when I need something to pour it in...
For picnics and family gatherings, plastic cups as they can be refilled longer periods of time.
(That penny I'm pinching screams sometimes! Ha!)
