Use concealer to cover them up when you go out.
And put some cold cucumbers on them for about 15 minutes and relax. Drink plenty of water.

You are most likely dehydrated. When you aren't getting enough water you skin is drier and thinner so is easier to see the blood under your eyes. Try drinking at least about 6 tall glasses of water a day (continue with the good sleep & food habits) and try to minimize any drinking you are doing and don't smoke cigarettes (same reason... cigarettes will just intensify any problems you are already having with the circles). Concealer or a color corrector in the meantime to cover them until you're more hydrated... good luck

Sometimes it is just plain heredity; my girlfriend has them and her mom did too. They have all sorts of concealers for just those dark circles. go to a good depatment store and talk to one of the reps at one of the makeup counters and they will fix you up!
6-8 hours sleep might not be enough for you, too. I get dark circles like that when i am tired, trying to do to much.

My wife has these, and her mom did too.

The only remedy is plastic surgery. The good news is that they've been doing this procedure since the friggin sixties. Problem is that insurance wont pay.

In the meantime, get rest, a good concealer, and try to offset the problem until you get a permanent solution

Daniella, that answer is just lovely. Ria, there are some suggestions on the first source I listed, and there are some reasons why you might have them on the second. Hope I helped.

there must be something you are missing in your diet, you need to ask your doctor, but for like a party you can take cotton balls and dip them in milk and put them on your eyes and sit in a dark area for an hour.

my aunt had dark circles around her eyes and she got some kind of cream for it. try contacting someone who sells avon and ask if they have anything for dark circles..or you can try the makeup department at the mall.
