Some people don't read the question right. SEQUEL not remake or film you don't like. For those who don't know what a sequel is it means a continuation of the first part. Eg Rocky 3, P of C Dead Mans Chest, Jaws 3D etc.
Now my answer, Scary Movie 4 was poor. Grease 2 - Did anyone watch it? I didn't because no way could it be a patch on the original (my opinion). Did they really needed to make Jaws 3D? Not after 2 and 3!!

Bad Boys 2 and Die Hard 2 .... uh....hardly disappointed. DH3 on the other hand.

Halloween 3 Season of the witch - It had nothing to do with Michael Myers. The studios bought the first one which was an independent film and thought that because it was called Halloween that it could be about anything. They learned differently very quickly.

Highlander, loved the original with Sean Connery and Lambert, but when it went off to another planet the plot thread got completely tangled, most fans ignore Highlander II, the third Highlander went back to the original storyline... but still wasn't anyway near as good as the first.
