no. If I was his constituent, yep, but I'm not. It won't affect party voting for me as I am undeclared and vote for each person on their merits.

There are one hundred Senators and over 400 Representatives. Why would anyone think that all are perfect. Look at Jos. Kennedy - he left a woman to die in the car in Chappaquiddick and that didn't change anything. The people in Massachusetts still send him to Congress. One of the reasons scandalous behavior occurs is that people don't pay attention to their representatives. I will vote for the person who most often reflects my position on the issues. I know I will never have a 100% match but a majority of the time works for me.

No, you have to vote for the person who will represent you. If I were in Foley's are I would n't vote for him, but it won't change a thing where I am.
