Clear fluid is normal. you produce the mucus normally to keep the vagina moist, and you produce more fluid when you're horny to aid in lubrication during sex. Some women produce more than others, and some have to add lube because they don't produce enough. If you're young, your hormones are still adjusting and that may be a cause..

See a doctor; it could be an infection (and note that you don't have to do anything "dirty" to get one; sometimes hormone imbalance causes changes in a woman's flora, thus allowing bacteria to flourish.
If you are afraid to see your doctor for family reasons (in case this is the result of something else), check out Planned Parenthood. And, despite what some Right Wing Lunatics will say about my post, they are not committed to killing babies. They are concerned that women get the treatment they need and deserve for sensitive issues, and understand a young girl's fear and apprehension when seeking necessary treatment. They are there to help when others would point fingers and judge. Thus, if you can't visit your doc, see one of theirs. They should be able to keep it confidential, unless you are in South Dakota (which, if you are, let me know and I'll raise funds to get you East Coast for help)

It's normal to have a clear liquid down there... It's the body's natural way of cleansing itself and the amount varies during the month. However, if you've missed your period and the liquid is enough that it soaks through your clothes and is disrupting normal activities then I would see a doctor because there may be something wrong.

You dont always have to do the act to get pregnant. Watch out for cramps and if you have them you had better get to a hospital. Your water could be broke. The guys sperm can travel. If thats not the case Im sorry if I have offended you. Good luck hope every thing is fine. At least call the er or 911 just to be safe. It doesnt sound good to me. Its something to check out.

It's just discharge. It will go away with time or when you have a baby. You can go to the doctor and get some pills for it, but there's nothing wrong so don't worry.

Yeah go see a dr just in case. I mean, I am not sure how much you are talking about here tho... Is it enough to make you really uncomfortable or leak through your underwear to your clothes? Some women just produce more "fluid" than others but I can understand it bothering you.

Here is a good site that should answer your questions:
http://www.pamf.org/teen/health/femalehealth/discharge.html
This one may help too:
http://familydoctor.org/194.xml
Finally, this one explains your absence of periods. The fact that you have missed periods for several months is reason enough to get examined by a GYN. Until then, read this:
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/amenorrhea/DS00581
Hope this helps!

Why would you not go and see a doctor for this? See a doctor right away.
