Jobs aren't always chosen by "what you like to do the most or what you enjoy the most". I believe a person has to decide first of all what drives them the most. Money or a career that you "enjoy" the most. For instance, do you want a career that will make you the most money even if it is not what you really enjoy the most or do you want a career that makes less money but you will completely enjoy? Everyone is motivated by different things and you have to first figure out what is more important to you as an individual. Money is great but if you don't like what you do, is it worth the sacrifice? Enjoying your career is also great but if it isn't a career that makes alot of money is that also worth the sacrifice? Decide, first of all, what your priorites are. Good luck!

To make a decision to pursue a career can only be make with all the correct data. To obtain the data, it starts with Questions. Question like "What can I see myself doing for the next 50 years?" God, there can be thousands of answer to this question. So be care full not to ask yourself question that are too broad. You will just get overwhelmed. To get a question that is more specific, you might want to make a list of all your assets and what you enjoy. and then from that list create a question and ask family and friends what they know about jobs that would match your assets. Find someone in that field and ask them more questions to get more data that will help you make a decision. Remember it is a process for such a big decision. If at first you don't succeed, try try again.

Because it sounds like a good idea and then when you work in that industry it's nothing like you imagined.
Find out what your interests, hobbies are and magazines/books you read. Start from there and see how you can work in a field that relates to it. Take a career assessment test and find out your strengths. It's tough but after some soul searching you'll figure it out.

The best thing is to get a job, "Career" in something that you really like to do or participate in.
For example:
You like skiing - become a ski instructor
If you like the caribbean - become a dive instructor or dive shop owner.
If you like animals - become a vetrinarian.
What ever your likes are find an occupation that deals with that.
You will be happy and that is the biggest part of finding a good job.

yes it is hard. Think of what you would be doing in life even if you didn't get paid for it. Examples: caring for pets, helping someone learn to read, sewing great clothes, art projects, volunteering at a fire department. That is your answer. Bless you!!!
