plan your diet by the meals you're going to eat, stick with those meals and the amounts. make them realistic and drop all snacks, cokes, things you just eat out of habit. then find a way to become more active than you are. swim more, walking, ride a bike, horseback riding, things that help build some certain muscles yet also mostly tone your body.

Try the Souper Soup Diet (a version of the Cabbage Soup Diet) at lillieross.com. You can sign up to receive the diet for free & they will also email you diet tips Tu-F each week. This diet really works...I have used it several times; especially when I wanted to lose fast. In fact, I’m on it now and have lost 17.5 lbs since 9/25.

or

Try the Fiber One Diet (recommended by my doctor):
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

GOOD LUCK!
