It's not just just a country, it's a communist country. It's the country we lost the war to in the "Vietnam War". It's actually pretty cheap there but if you decided to live there and became rich, they take most of your money away. Also, school is a LOT harder than most countries. Teachers can smack you around if they feel like it. (Have a friend that lived there before.) Check the links I threw in from wikipedia to learn about it.
