You can get it at Hot Topic. You know the store for emo kids who complain about their peril lives while living at home with mommy and daddy, and for people who like to dress like they are a demented version of Raggedy Ann.
That shirt is pretty cool though. Maybe you could make your own at a Design-A-Tee store...

yeah I have seen that around here in Oregon....not sure where they got them. You can make one though. Just get a light colored shirt and print it out on iron on paper and iron it on the shirt.
