I am possibly looking for staff members on a computer and graphics discussion forum. All I need is one moderator. This forum is complete and just needs more staff to manage the many posts. Does anyone know of where I can find staff for my forum? They must be experienced at using computers. I don't know where to go to find staff.

Find a knowledgeable member that's already there to do the moderation of the forum...I'm sure there's someone that's already there that would want the job...
It takes a lot of time to moderate a forum, and you want someone that's already into your forum and what's going on there and is familiar with your forum topics...

I'm sure you will have many that want the job. Let some sign up first, You will know who your followers are and they might want it.
