Sorry to tell you this, but you'll likely have to trash the clothes. You can try to desolve it with acetone, and wash it, but I've never seen it work well.

Removing Makeup & Cosmetic Stains

How To Remove Cosmetic And Nail Polish Stains
Do you do your own nails and makeup? If you do, there is sure to be a time that you have spilled nail polish or other cosmetics on your furniture, clothing, or flooring. The only way to keep from having nail polish accidents is to do your nails in the backyard while you are naked! Other cosmetics like foundation, blush, mascara, and eye shadow also cause stains that may be difficult to remove. It is best to learn how to take care of those nail polish and cosmetic accidents before they occur so that you will be able to treat them as soon as they happen. Treating the stains as soon as possible will help your success rate in removing the stain completely.
Nail Polish Acetone Remover For Nail Polish Stains
Nail polish remover takes the polish off your nails, doesn’t it? It will work on most nail polish stains, whether on clothing or furniture. Apply the nail polish remover to the stain and then lightly blot the stain. Apply detergent and warm water to make sure that you have removed the stain completely and then wash as usual with your detergent. You may have to apply the nail polish remover and blot several times to remove all of the nail polish stain. Do not give up!
Another treatment option in using the nail polish remover is to stretch the item of clothing over a bowl and affix it using a rubber band. Apply the nail polish remover using a stainless steel spoon, while letting it drip through the stain into the bowl. This may take a while, but it will be worth it if you have stained your favorite shirt, now won’t it?
It is very important to test the nail polish remover in an inconspicuous area of your clothing, furniture, or carpet to make sure that the item is colorfast.
Hydrogen Peroxide-Another Way to Treat A Nail Polish Stain
If the stain remains after you have tried using nail polish remover, then you may want to try a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water. Use a 50-50 mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water and apply it to the stain. Let the fabric sit in the sun for a few hours for maximum effectiveness and keep it moistened with the hydrogen peroxide and water mixture.
This method should be used only on white clothes or colorfast clothes. Always test in an inconspicuous area to make sure it will not harm your fabric.
Dried Nail Polish Stain On Carpet
An old, dried nail polish stain on your carpet can also be removed. First, you need to take a spoon or dull knife and scrape as much of the nail polish as possible out of the carpet. Then take your acetone nail polish remover and gently blot the carpet with the remover until it is removed. A little remover is the best way to go on this removal or you will dissolve the latex backing of your carpet! That is why it is best to blot the area. Clean with a liquid dish detergent that does not contain lanolin or bleach and then rinse with water from a spray bottle. Blot up the moistness. If the stain remains, moisten the area with hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 30 minutes. Keep applying the hydrogen peroxide until the stain is completely removed. Then blot with paper towel to remove excess moisture!
Test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area like a closet before trying this method!

Bar Soap For Cosmetic Stains
Bar soap is a great way to rid clothing of stains from foundation, blush, eye shadow, eyeliner, and mascara. Wet the stain with water and then work the soap into the stain. Work the stain for several minutes until the stain disappears. Flush the stain with warm water and wash it as usual. This method will work on most cosmetic stains.
Liquid Dish Detergent or Shampoo For Cosmetic Stains
Using dish detergent or shampoo on cosmetic stains is also an easy way to remove oily foundation, powder, or other cosmetic stains. Work the soap product into the stain and then rinse and launder as usual.
Using Oil to Remove Lipstick Stains
Lipstick can make an oily, greasy stain on your clothing. This lipstick stain will only be made much worse by applying water to it or by washing or drying it in the dryer. Make sure that you treat it as soon as possible after it occurs. Rub vegetable oil, WD40, or mineral oil into the stained spot and let it sit for a few minutes. Then work in undiluted dish detergent to make sure that you remove all of the oil from the treatment method and then launder as usual. If this method does not work, you can try one of the hand cleaners that people use to clean their hands after working on their greasy, oily cars. This can work quite well, just make sure that you launder immediately afterwards.
The End Result: Clean
The best thing to remember when treating cosmetic or nail polish stains is to not give up. If the stain removal method does not work the first time, then try that one again or try a new method! Keeping your clothes, carpet, and furniture free from cosmetic and nail polish stains will save you money and will give you a great sense of accomplishment!
