There is a possibility of AIDS for EVERY HUMAN BEING. Sexual preference doesn't matter, and these days if you have unprotected sex at all then you ARE at risk for it.

Anal sex is wholly unnatural. Blood & feces don't mix well. Hence, nasty stuff like HIV love to lurk around waiting for a rip or tear in human tissue.
