What kind of devil do you want? My advise would be to do a bit of research into different ideologies and check out the artwork for them. The devil has been depicted in a ton of different ways.
If you want to do a "classic" style devil my advise would be to check out a dude named Coop. He has it down.
As far as flames check out any hot rod magazine and you'll see a lot of different ways to do flames. They are the one automotive graghic that never goes out of style!

Well, live your life like there is no tomorrow and no one else matters; be selfish, hateful, have an evil dark soul and you WILL draw the devil into your life and probably spend a whole lot of time next to a fire.

Find a photo of Mr. Hugo Chavez from Venezula. Add 2 devil horns, a pointy tail, and colorful orange and red flames around him.

Draw a man with horns...a pointy beard and put flames around him..or look at a picture and trace it or something.
