recently had ball joints, shocks, and sway arm bar replaced. still getting a knocking/banging noise every time I go over bumps on the passenger side front? I even had my mechanic check everything on that side and he found everything to be tight and could not figure out what is causing it.

Check the hood hinges!!! Some guy on a forum that I was on said he had the same problem. And he finally found out that the hood hinges where making the noise over bumps!!! Good luck!!

Take it back to the dealer and trade it in for something that gets AT LEAST 18 mpg.

check underneath and back side of coil spring for cracks/breaks. when they break, sometimes, they are hard to see. especially up high.
