Is it possible dor someone to have absolutely no sexual preference? (Not attracted to females or males). I mean, we have lesbians, gays, bi's, straight, but do we have those who aren't attracted to any? Or does biology not allow it?

Yes, it's called A-sexual, some people don't have any sexual urges at all and that's what they call it.

I guess it's possible if there is some physical problem interfering with their sex drive, or maybe if the person just has high standards and will only be attracted to that special someone who intellectually stimulates them and they just haven't come along yet..

Sure ! a person that has no libido would not be attracted to any one sexually. There are people who do not have sex.
Personally I couldn't live that way, but there are those that do.
