The spaces provided for address appear normally, but there is no compose field or tool bar visible.

When you are in Yahoo Mail at the upper right corner click Options, in Management go down and click General Preferences
go down to Composing E-mail then click the Compose message as plain text. This should work for you.

check with your browser... if u r using yahoo beta just press n and you will see compose window.

Just type n for new email.. that will solve yer problems.
