I don't know for sure but if I took all the vitamins I should be taking at 42 I wouldn't need to eat. Life a b...h but getting older beats the alternative.

I would say a good multi vitamin is the best.. and maybe some extra vitamin B12 , B 6, Well just the B's in general, they are great antioxidants, and will help clean out your body of toxins.. and they will not hurt you.. and will give you more energy..

They now have over the counter prenatal vitamins. excellent vitamins and your hair and nails will grow like crazy. They are very good but expensive. I take them even though I am not (nor will I ever be again) pregnant.haha.. They are still good for you.

I've heard several doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners etc, recommend pre-natal vitamins. The county women's health clinic also advises all women to take them.
