Not sure why, but since I work with a gay person, it seems that he is talked about quite often because of his actions. He often tries to be the center of attention (dressing up in pink clothing, walking around with a purse), and so people end up discussing him. He also often tells stories about him and his significant other, whether or not people want to know what's going on, so they get discussed again. Other than that he's a good person to work with.
