A rule of thumb I use for detailing cars is, if you cant get something off, try removing it with whatever has attached itself to your paint. In your case....more wax. This time though you are not going to let the wax dry. Apply the wax to the dried build-up, let it moisten the dried wax, remove before the wax hazes(dries). this will keep you from having to purchase a wax remover and then re-waxing!! It might take a couple of times to get it all off but it saves you money and you already have the wax!! Good luck!!!
Edit: I apologize, I thought you said you waxed it!

First of all, make sure it is waxed badly and not paint going bad. If it is just bad wax, get a good wax remover to take it off. I have always had good luck with a product called Nu Finish. It's called a glaze, but that's only because it uses a synthetic compound instead of actual wax. I hope this helps.

I use a capful of regular dish washing detergent in a bucket of water to get wax off my car. I've been doing this for over thirty years since wax builds up eventually and it should be taken off, then re waxed. I have also used detailer's clay bar. You can get this for about $17 from your auto parts store, comes in a kit, worth the money. Best of luck.

I depends on the wax he used. Most of the time a strong solution of dishwashing detergent will work. But some of the new waxes can be tough. Autobody supply places have chemicals that will strip the wax off down to the paint, check with one of them. They can tell you what would solve your problem. Good luck.

Drop by a local automotive paint supplier, (maybe even an auto parts store) and buy a quart of 'wax and grease remover'. You just dampen a clean rag and wipe it off, probably several times if there is a lot of build-up. Then it's time to decide if you re-wax or polish/buff then wax.
Tally-ho.

try waxing over it and wipe it off until now it dries. here,s a sprint tip for you in case you shop getting wax on the black molding. until now waxing your vehicle take some armor-all and spray each and every of the black trim. then once you wax it gained,t rely because of the fact wax gained,t stick to armor-all. i take advantage of to try this each and every of the time while i take advantage of to ingredient autos.

Definitely don't rewax it. Try rubbing it out. Then wash it, then take it for a detail if neither work. If none of those work then have it painted if it really bothers you. Good luck!
