i cant go on the internet on it
everytime i try to go to the internet it keep ask me 4 pass word.

ok if it wont connect or while its conecting to your accespoint that means you wireless divice is incoded. do a seach of conections in your conections settings, see what it says for sacraty? if it doesnt say none on your acces point then its incoded with a password. if it asks you for a 4digit password when you click the icon then that means you or someone else has added a password to use acces the web. ok thats all I got right now, um what firmware do you have? I have check both of my psp for what it could be and these are the possiblities I got with your short discription I hope this help.

try going to a different access point like Starbucks or a cybercafe
