Make sure your lamps are what the fixture calls for and that the fixture is rated for where it is located. I have seen flickering caused by lamps rated for indoor use (warm ) flicker when used in a garage or workshop that isn't heated. Also make sure wattage is correct Ex. T8 lamp 20Watt all this should be marked on your fixture.

Replace the fixture...once it flickers they will always flicker...trash it! Check to see if the fixture is still under warranty.

some lights require a tube like primer, make sure they are not going bad, and flourescent lights always flicker, it is the Natural gases in the tube

do you have a little white or silver canister on the fixture?? this is the starter and is usually the problem!! they just twist off!
