I attended a certificaiton class just recently. I am a working adult. Certification for this procedure would have been a nice compliment to my profession, a very comptetive one in this area. This made the course 1 of only 2 offered here in the U.S. was criticle for me to pass.I did not pass. The instructor seem to have negative feelings towards me, or my proffesion .why is unknown to me. The instructor itimidated me from asking clarifying questions during class, & humilitated me. When she meet with me one-on-one after the other students left, she treated me like a parent would treat an 8 year old while questioning about missing cookies or such. She berated me for not being able to give her verbal text book answers, or answers to questions that were not covered in the book. I am a strong, intelligent woman ,but after 2 hours of this, she had reduced me into a blubbering idiot. I am sure I could not even have told anyone my name correctly. I need educated advice on how to handle this,

I am asking for advice please, not critisismsm. I am not looking for sympathy or empathy. I am wondering if there is a way to find out if there is a certain standard, or code of conduct that is supposed to be adhered to by an instructor. I also would like to know how I would go about reporting noncompliance.
