If I'm interpreting your question correctly, I'm assuming you mean "feel them up", in which case it is because touching a woman's body does not sexually arouse a gay man, since they are only turned on by other men. This, to a woman, means that she can safely let a gay man touch her without the worry that he will want sex from her. So no, I don't consider that to be sexual harassment, since he does not receive any sexual gratification from it. I do, however, consider it to be a form of harassment if it is not wanted.

Maybe the gay man/men ur thinking of is bi-sexual? ALso not all women let gay men *feel them up, it may have something to do with their personal friendship n comfortability. Most women would feel more comfortable with a gay man in general because there is no way in hell they will crack onto them in a sexual manner.

It helps to spell words correctly so the person reading your question gets the meaning you intended. When you refer to a gay man feeling "them up"("fill them up") and its OK but not for a straight man to do. I doubt a gay man feels a woman up in a sexual manner for it just not there for the gay man(gay means sexually turned on by same sex),the thrill just isn't there, does not get aroused -usually just a friendly gesture. Its not OK for a straight man or it is sexual for him and one doesn't have Free access to anyone elses'body-must have permission. Unless she wants it-a woman has every right to repulse any "feeling"" by a straight man(and gay man too) and its not sexist just a matter of ownership over ones own body .

some wemon see gay men as a fellow femine figure and think of them as a girlfriend . they allow touching from them as they would a fellow girl friend . men dont do this but wemon touch each other and hug and kiss as affection in friendship but us guys lol never . what some wemon dont realize is a gay man isnt totally femine and he dose have a penis and most of his being gay is failure to understand love of a good women in my opinion. these gay men do get turned on by touch of a beautiful women even though they would denie this . some wemon think if they tempt or show gay men what a real women has to offer they may turn their sexual desires towards wemon instead of men . but gay men are confused mostly anyway and to me messed up lol . it is a waste of soft women flesh in my opinion but its not my call . gay men should only touch gay men lol. leave the touching of wemon to us straight guys please .

because gay men are supposedly femine so "it's like talking to another female". Straight men on the other hand, just want to get laid.
I am not sure of these points, almost positive that they're stereotypes, but that's what i hear

I'm assuming you mean 'feel them up', in which case, because it's non-sexual (and if you agree with Freud, non-threatening). A touch would just a touch and not carry any sexual messages. But if you really meant fill them up....
