Sure why not. When you travel over seas you have to get immunizations that pertain to the country your traveling to and there they will also tell you the risks and such that goes along with traveling to certain places. Everywhere is safe as long as you educate your self on what goes on there.

see people from other countries are scared to come to kerala , Houseboats are not safe since lots of mosqutoes around
