Although you want to give your job duties and skills, employers want to get an idea of what you can do for them. Give a few bullet points that highlight specific accomplishments such as reduced office supply spending by x% or created and implemented process to streamline processing time for requests for proposals. If you give them just a list of duties, your resume will look like everyone else's. Spend some time thinking about specific projects you worked on (but make sure you were at least a major contributor, and don't take credit for what you didn't do), and turn the end-result into a bullet point. You want to show them why you're the best candidate for the job.
