I never liked wearing tube tops and mini skirts. In fact I never owned a tube top in 20yrs. A little after I turned 21 I suddenly like wearing tube tops and mini skirts. I think it's because I am nearing the end of my youth and feel that while my age is still appropriate for wearing mini skirts and tube tops I should make use of it. I feel weird myself.

It's not really weird, but, I wouldn't reccomend wearing a tube top and a mini skirt together. That's kinda trashy..
But if you think it looks good, then by all means, go for it.

LOL when I was your age, I was still too shy to wear those items. I was 25 when I started with short shorts, tube tops and bra shirts, minis and spandex pants. I have always been thin (spandex on the overweight is NOT attractive) and even now, at the age of 38, I look like 25 and wear all of the above as well as skintight jeans (size three) and hight heels and whatever else I want.
If you have the confidence, wear it! Your youth only ends when you let it. I still get asked for ID to prove I'm 19. My husband loves having a "hottie" for a wife, and I still joke that I'm not really 38 - it's a clerical error somewhere. You've got it - flaunt it! Just make sure you're not a target for date rape... sorry to be a downer but I've been there. Don't feel weird - it's natural to want to show off what God (or nature) gave you.

No it's not weird. With a name like Letta, one could just assume you'd dress like a hooker. I knew a lady named Letta once. She was your typical hobag. Just keep on doing it. You have a name to keep.
