Hmmm...I had trouble with this also. Here are my top three choices:
1. Swimming Party- If it's warm where you live you can rent a pool for a party (most public pools have party plans)
2. Burgers then a movie. Yeah, pretty self explainable
3. Have a movie-a-thon at your house. Rent a billion movies and show them. Have them be your top 5 favorite(what I didi). Or choose one from every catergory.

hi there.you don't say how much money your prepared to spend but if money's not an option how about booking an hour or two at a quad track!there's not one thirteen year old out there that wouldn't enjoy that.whatever you do though, i hope he has a lovely birthday.
