Do you go to school with her or anything like that so she knows your face? It would be a little creepy if she never saw you before. I know I dont accept friend requests from people I dont know. But if you know her go for it!

Dont listen to anyone that says you dont have balls if you dont. I've been in your situation. First send her a friend request, then wait a few days and send a message. But dont keep going on her profile and giving her numerous profile views, because too much profile views in a short amount of time is creepy. Good Luck. If she doesnt go to your school, then dont hesitate as much.
