No and there is no reason to get them. Compliment her and assure her she looks lovely now.

I suppose it would depend on the type and size of the implant. I've only dated one woman that had implants and I didn't know she did until I saw the scars (no matter how good the surgeon, there will be scars).
To answer your question further... my friend's implants felt natural. Her reason for getting them was a cosmetic cure to aging sag, not to increase her size or poke someone's eye out. And yes, I would have married her (even though I used to say I'd never date a woman who had them, or a tatoo or piercings and she had all that, but very modestly). I was terribly in love with her (still am even today), but life and other circumstances dictated different paths for our lives.
The downside I did notice was that her breasts were not as sensitive as most of the women I've been with. I'm not sure how much of that was surgery related though. Some women's breasts are more sensitive than others.
Implants also change the way gravity affects the look and shape depending on the body's position. And, depending again on the size of the implants, it will add additional strain on the shoulders and back to support the extra weight. Another consideration is how they will look during sex. Based on x-vids I've seen and not my ex-girl friend, most implant jiggle looks very un-natural.
Bottom line - your girlfriend should really ask herself why she wants to do this. Is it merely vanity? Does she want to feel better about herself? Is there a medical reason?
If it's the 1st or 2nd reason she may want to thank God she has breasts and accept what she has. There are a lot of women who have had to have one or both removed due to medical concerns.
That's my 2 bits worth.

If they are below the muscle you will feel her breasts. They will just be pushed forward by the mass under them. Under the muscle implants cost more and the healing time is much longer. Try to get her to understand that she is 16, breast can still grow. If she ever gains weight there is a chance for the breasts to get larger. Does she plan on having kids? While a lot of women don't breast feed, it is the most healthy choice and the cheapest. Doctors will ask her that. I know I'll get a thumbs down for this but, if she starts using a breast pump--just like breastfeeding mothers use-- she will eventually engorge. Meaning produce milk. The breasts will get larger but, the downside is the lactation. Some men like that. Heck, there is even a whole lactation porn industry. Again, she is 16. Wait at yeast three years before really deciding on it. Surgery is surgery. They all come with the risk of not waking up and complications. It's not something to dive into without thinking for a while.

not only do they not feel real, they almost always don't look real. aereolas get stretched oblong in weird ways, scars are often visible, and most obvious...the way the saline bags end up having the litte waves around the edges, well when you look at the bottom and side of a womans boob with implants, you can often see those waves, BLEH!!!!
I would much rather have a chick with small boobs that looked and felt totally natural. The business caters to womens insecurities about themselves, and although I can see the need for women who are like boyishly flat and it affects there self confidence and life, there's is no clear line drawn to where a woman should just be happy with what she has, as even a woman with B's or C's can say she feels inadequate. I think they should only be used for women who are less than A cup, to bring them to an A or B.

It all depend on the woman and her partner. Sometime a woman feels she has either small or big breast and craves to have the perfect one. There is no perfect breast in the world. Its all relative to another. As for the men, some like it big and others small. To have breast implants is like having any other operation. There are risks involved. End of the day is what you would like your body to look and feel for yourself and your partner.Give it a thought before deciding to go under the knife.

If this is something that she wants done only for her self and not for what others think , then I would try to support her decision . If she oppts for getting the implants behind the muscle wall than they can feel extremley real ! The biggest problem somtimes with the implants not feeling real , can be if she were to go over board and get a size that was too big for her body type and size .

Heyy. What's up? My name's Gwenivere, let me tell you a brief story about myself which I believe may be of some Hẹlp to you... Growing up, I was teased all throughout high-school. You know, I was that girl with the really small breasts that everyone liked to make fun of. I did not hit puberty until a little bit later on in my life. People used to say all kinds of mean things to me, refering to my breasts as "man-boobs", "mosquito bite titts", "flat-chested" ... it just went on and on. I even had one boyfriend that told me that he was ashamed to be seen with me in public. The ridicule never seemd to end. Because of this, I went through school being very self-conscious about my appearance and my ability to get boys to like me. Even after puberty, I never made it past an A cup.. so my negative self-image carried on into college. The emotional scars left by those mean girls (and boys) from HS never quite faded.
So, with that, I was determined to change my predicament. The thought of going through life feeling insecure about my body was unacceptable to me , especially during my college years. So what I did was a thorough, dedicated search. I scoured the web for answers. I spent several days and nights pouring through an endless amount of first-hand accounts and other personal experiences with various products and solutions. During this quest, I found precisely what I was seeking. It was a topical cream called "CurvyBust" @ https://curvybust.im .. The first bottle that they sent out was totally Frẹe, the only thing I had to do was pay for the S&H. This is the only reason I even tried it, normally I would be too skeptical to bother with something "too good to be true." All I can say is, unbelievable. I went up almost 2 cup sizes in just a matter of a couple months. You would not believe what this has done for my self-esteem and outlook on things. I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. There is nothing quite like feeling perfectly comfortable in your own skin again.
Take care! I hope you find the answers you are looking for <3

From what I hear, they feel nothing like real breasts. All of the men I've talked to dislike them and prefer the real thing, even if they're small. I would never get them, even though I have small breasts (A cup). I don't want to have to deal with any of the potential problems, and I want guys to like me for who I am, and I especially don't want guys to dislike something I've done to myself that I can't reverse without paying a lot of money. And if a guy likes breast implants, well, he's too shallow for me and I wouldn't date him anyways.
As far as breastfeeding, I've heard it's still possible, but I imagine it'd be more painful/uncomfortable and difficult, and of course there is always the possibility of complications/mistakes during surgery ... don't know how common those are, though.
And if she's not getting them for you, who is she getting them for? Herself? Unlikely. There's somebody (maybe it's just the world in general, or maybe someone specific) she wants to look good for.
