I was just curious. How long after one starts birht control do you expect to feel any side effecs?

I have been taking them for 10 days and so far i am still the same. Are you girls the same or?

your next period or next couple of periods may be a little wacked. I had my period for 14 days when I started the pills. I also gained about 5 pounds in 2 months, which doesn't always happen with people. other than that I never got any side effects.

If you are going to have a side effect it will most likly going to happen with in a week or so. After that and you still feel no change then chances are you won't. Side effects only happen if there is a problem with the type of medication you are taking and that it doesn't mix well with you. Birth control is pretty common and widly used over the years and has become very safe to take for most women.

You might not experience side effects except the good ones like lighter shorter periods.

i became on the pill for 3 years and that i finished utilising it in jan and whilst i became because of have my 2d era off the pill i found out i became pregnant. i became informed it could remember on how long you have taken the pill for yet uncertain if that's genuine. You GP or prepare nurse could have the flexibility to offer you some recommend. sturdy luck x

You might never have any side effects. Not everybody gets them.
