I have always thought that a neat job would be to be a comsumer tester of vehicles for a company like Chevrolet, Ford or Hyundai. Kind a tester of vehicles from a consumer viewpoint rather than a trained professional. Does anyone know if such a job even exists?

You can work for Consumer's and maybe test some vehicles.

The auto manufacturer's use their own employees as "testers". I get a new vehicle every 90 days, and report problems, satisfaction, etc.. an auto manufacturere wouldn't want to give a vehicle to an "outside person" until they test - sometimes I get captured test fleet, which are vehicles not even in production yet, to test.

No, but the next best thing is to be a movie critic. :D
