The best bike for your kind of hight is the 'Bullet' but that is nither cheap nor fuel efficient,

The new TVS Victor is a nice 125cc bike with a high stance.....it will give about 60 -65km/L...The on road cost depends on where you are located. Anyways it will not be more than 50k. Its got a smooth refined engine and a smooth gear box.

The new Hero Honda Splender, Yamaha Gladiator, Honda Shine and the Bajaj Discover are all good fuel and cost efficient bikes but they do not have a high stance.
