Anaheim, California. Disney is there so the crime rate is down and the streets are clean ( for the tourists) it costs alot of money though, but since you didn't say cheap, I'm guessing money isn't an issue.

San Diego, CA....best climate of anywhere. It's pretty much always nice and sunny and you can always go out to the beach and have fun!!! It's a big city, but not too crowded like LA or NYC. I had to move away for school...can't wait to go back!!!
