no, not for me, but thanks for giving the link so that we can see what it is....as far a s making something like that, my step brother went to art school, and he does Japanamation (sp?) and all that cartoon stuff now, he's really good. Maybe look at a college that is close to you and see what they have to offer, you might want to go to your local book store and see if they have any kind of books, classes, or computer generated programs that could help you with that! NO Japanes anime is GAY. And YES I have seen some of it and it does not compare to GREAT shows like SOUTH PARK.
