Did Any former Pages Ever Become Politicians?

Probably a number of them. One I know of for sure is the late Bill Emerson of Missouri. He served as a page back in the 1950s and then got elected to the House in 1980. He died in office in 1996.

I *think* Dan Quayle was a former Page.
