That would be Methuselah, who lived to be 969. If you work through the age figures given in Genesis 5 and take into account Noah's age of 600 at the time of the flood, they point to the possibility that Methuselah might have died in the flood, or at least in the same year the flood began.

Methuselah was supposed to have lived for over 900 years.

That's alot of greats after the grandad!
