how can you tell your guy friend that you like him but we can still be friends like we are ??

What are the circumstances? Has he made an advance? If he has not made an advance, keep your mouth shut. You will hurt him by rejecting him. If he has made an advance, then you have to simply tell him that you are not interested in a relationship of that nature with him. Leave it at that. Leave the word friend out of the discussion unless he brings it up. There is no rejection like the friendly kind.

Are you sure you can still be friend if he rejects the idea of a different kind of feeling for him. If yes, Honesty is always best.

How old r u? 8 or 9?
U shd just tell the guy straight.......no pretense, no bullshit ......just good friends.........and I think he'll appreciate that kind of honesty & frankness!
So dont wait.........otherwise there is bound to be recpercussions if later he feels u deliberatelt lead him on?!
Most guys can take a punch right bwteen the eyes..........but not if he's been lied to (even if he is the only one who percieves that!)......good luck & take care.

Call him for a dinner when noone is there at your home. Have food together and discuss about your relations. Look in to his eyes by holding his hands after the food. Convey him confidentally that you both are just frenz.

Be bold and woman up and tell him don't be afraid you can do it . Find a nice comfortable place where you can relax and tell him.
