I look back on history and realize that for the most part Americans are descended from those who have done everything right to bring us to this point. The USA was founded upon and built on a foundation of a good loving people who had a respectable fear of God. Though the US Constitution grants freedom of religion it never said that we should discard our faith in God. Today we are seeing a big change and that is the reason you are now asking this question. There are people who are invading our nation and spreading a new teaching that God is either an Islamic god or does not exist at all. This is causing basic and fundamental changes to occur within the borders of the United States. If we continue with this godless state of affairs we will not be defeated by the terrorists. We will succumb to the Beast himself.

Best Regards
Jon

All of the time because we learn from history, and for the obvious reason that history repeats itself. So in order to avoid making the same mistake twice it is important to look at history and absorb the lessons that were being taught.

Actually, history is the story of how we made it this far. So...I guess I don't wonder all that much.

Yes..with all the diseases and wars and natural disasters.
Just think....everyone alive today has history that dates back to....who knows when....where did the family line start...where did it branch off...why have they all gone their seperate ways.
Where will your family be in a hundred yrs...a thousand yrs.?
Will saving anything about your life last that long?
Imagine.

no

people think too much about how important people are. They're not in the bigger scheme of things. people are just the latest thing to be the dominant species on the planet -- and just like every other dominant species, the reign will not be a permanent one.

When you ask that question it makes me think of the great people in history and why someone would doubt their own existence. Cheer up :P

Or rephrase to say, "if we looked back at history before moving forward, how far would we be now?!"

=D
