Usually you just have to connect the iPod into the computer and it automatically uploads all the songs from iTunes into the iPod. But i just got the latest version of iTunes (iTunes 7) now, and for some reason it doesnt update any of the songs, when i plugged the iPod in, that is. It did say it was updating it, you know, but it took like 2 hours to finish and at the end of it ..lol .. it said there was an error and so the whole update simply failed.

I also looked for the latest iPod software to download..but i cant seem to find it.

Does anyone have any idea why my iPod´s reacting this way, and if there´s any way that i could fix it?

I´d really appreciate any ideas or information that you could give me. Thank you so much. =)

sure, you may. You first could substitute your thoughts for viewing folders so as that they show all hidden documents and folders, on XP you will hit upon it in My laptop, and on Vista it quite is chanced on interior the administration panel. Then, connect your ipod and while Itunes asks in case you prefer to sync your ipod secect cancel. Now, in itunes click on your ipod's precis internet site and click "enable disk use" and prepare the variations. Now, pass to my laptop and you may see your ipod as a detachable stress it would be something like (F:). click on it. pass to Ipod possibilities and you may see a folder referred to as "track" replica and paste this folder onto the laptop. pass to itunes and decrease than record decide on "upload folder to library" and choose that folder. Now each and every of the songs that have been on your ipod would be on your itunes. you're welcome
