length x width x depth - gets the cubic yards - about any concrete ready mix company will give you a slide rule that calculates concrete. This would be the easiest for you.

L x w x d in FT / 27 equal cubic yards

For instance: a 10' by 10' porch with no footers (to keep the math simple) 4" thick.

10 x 10 x .333 = 33.33
33.33/27 = 1.23 CY
