Cooperation- Countries aid each other in times of disaster, catching criminals, having protection from a bigger country against an enemy.k

Have you read a newspaper lately? There are dozens of examples of conflict among nations. Like, have you heard of a place called Iraq? Or Afghanistan?
Coooperation? How about cooperation in bringing goods from one country to another, in agreeing on procedures to follow at the border, and with duties and customs, in order to facilitate the landing of special shipments of goods and provisions?
