Okay, do I like this guy and he told me he likes me back. He pays me attention, but he acts very shy around me and I act the same but I think that I'm still brave to talk to him and hang out with him. But that's not the problem. The problem is that his best friend is a girl. He turns to her for everything! And awesome for me, her and me don't get along very well. When he and I hang out together and she notices it, she always tries to make some distance between us. And also, only when I'm around, she starts flirting with him. I know that he is way to shy to diss her, but I think he's getting annoyed by her too. They're very close friends, so I dont really want to tear them apart. What should I do?

For me, and it always has been, that i put a boyfriend before my guy friends. A boyfriend trumps boy friends. that is how it goes.

so what you should do.

Is sit down and talk to him, decide if you are two in a relationship,if it is serious or not, how exclusive it is and "rules" you two want to set up. And perhaps suggest some "guidelines" for this female friend.

Also as a subject ask him how he feels about her and than tell him what you think is going on ( the fliritng) and then talk to him and come up with a course of action you BOTH feel comfortable with..

if he really likes u and doesnt like her he will tell her to back off

Friendship usually always comes first. I think you should let him handle it. You don't want to make him think you are the one with the problem. I'm sure if she is just doing this when you are around he will catch on and ask her to stop, sit back continue to be his woman and let his friend set herself up for a nice fall. I hope things work out.

Best Wishes!

Well they are best friends, maybe they have had a past get over it and just be 10 times better than her. You're a girl you should know this already. Absolutely nothing wrong with being best friends with a girl, i have guy best friends. Nothing wrong with it, she is probably trying to see if you get jealous or not and to see in her opinion if you really like him. or she likes hime but he doesnt like her he likes you. COnfusing i know, but good luck!

You should leave him, because 9 times out of 10 he's banging the best friend on the side. I'm a guy, I know these things.

I think you are playing it right by letting him get annoyed with her. If you say anything he will probably jump to her defense.
Why not ask her if there is any particular guy she likes? You might do a little matchmaking and get her out of your hair.

Girls like that are usually insecure. Try being nice to her. That will catch her off gaurd. 99% of what people do is to get attention. If she knows that you aren't bothered by her kidish games, she'll eventually move on.
