first of all...go get some spelling lessons...its PENIS and MASTURBATION. secondly, penises and masturbation are a part of mens health, so the people who are asking those questions, are asking in th right place. thirdly, a lot of people ask questions in this forum that aren't related to penises and masturbation. some ask about baldness, certain cancers, how to build muscle, smoking, alcohol, how to impress girls, what its like to have sex for the first time, sexual dysfunctions, puberty, facial/body hair, shaving or trimming, wet dreams, vasectomy's, condoms...need i go on or do you get the picture? try not to be so narrow minded...

Actually, men ask a lot of questions other than "pennis and musturbation" matters. Some guys ask about how to spell words like "penis" and "masturbation", while others want to know things about cancer, baldness, aches & pains, sports injuries, etc.
And some people just want to read the questions regarding genetalia and disregard the rest, showing just where their focus is. Different strokes for different folks...
