if the network administrator knows the administrator password or see whether in ur system any kind of desktop hacking softwares are installed or not like teamviewer or vnc etc.if it there then u cannot know that ur system has been hacked and he can know everything what u r doing on ur system.
for the site which u have accessed there is an entry in the computer in local setting if it is shared then he/she easily able to identifies what u have accessed previously on the system.
if u want to know how to make ur system away from network administrator then again ask a question or mail me 4 answer.

it relies upon on the router-- and it quite is complicated proccess. you spot some routers log-- the IP handle of the place the site visitors got here and is going to, from IP handle you will hit upon what internet site it belongs too. yet as i suggested it quite is a complicated proccess and would't be finished with in basic terms some clicks. it may be much less complicated in case you basically pass to the computing device -- and see from there.

For every way to bypass a control, there's a control to stop you from bypassing it.

Your best bet, be honest, be wise, and realize your job is worth more than whatever personal things you may want to be doing.
