is filipino hispanic?

well i am asian,mexican,german,english is filipino part hispanic?would i be more hispanic.

The Philippines was occupied by Spain for a 100 years. All the Filipinos are Catholic and have Spanish names because of this.

Oh, good heavens, the Filippines is in southeast Asia. "Hispanic" is the US Government word for people from Latin America, although would include Mexican people also. Guess it depends on which group you identify with more, and it might depend a little on which group you look like more.
