Blacks; the real racists?

So many black people blame their bad days and experiences on racism. They hate white people for stupid reasons like "looking at them strangely". That isn't even true, its all about how you perceive it ; your view of the situation. Most are raised to dislike white people because of slavery. Slavery shouldnt be forgotten, but people should get over it because guess what? Its OVER! It has been over for millions of years?(okay, maybe not that long but you get my point). The result? Black people have more rights than white people.Black people are allowed to make racist comments, and discriminate against whites because they can get away with it. No matter what they do, its always considered a right. White people can do the same thing and they are immediately called a racist. Have you ever seen a TV show that makes fun of black people (and i mean without a lesson of 'everyone is equal' at the end)? No! Because we get sued for even uttering the word 'black'.

Yet you see this EVERY DAY in all-black TV shows. We are constantly being made fun of on TV (think shows like Girlfriends and such), and they make it look like being white or even using proper grammar is the worst thing ever.
Many blacks live in the ghetto, living off government money. While some really have no other choice, many don't do shitt about getting their life on track, or at least some education! You see so many young black children get kicked out of school for not following the rules, getting into fights, possessing weapons, and many other reasons like that (which can be blamed on bad rap/hip-hop stars' influences.They make it look cool to be in the "ghetto scene" and break all the rules). Later, when they are all grown up, they still don't do anything, because they know that no one can make them make something of themselves (or at least try), or kick them out of their home because (of course) they can always point their finger and shout "Racist!" and get what they want

So why do black people always say that whites discriminate against them? Its the other way around! The following might sound harsh but if you think about it its true: Without whites blacks will still be in Africa. And if you don't like this country -created by whites- you can always feel free to leave. We don't owe blacks anything; we gave them their freedom.

It is true that some white people do hate blacks. Well, i ask you, wouldn't white people have a reason to hate them? Blacks are really the ones who are racists.

I am not one of those stereotypical(emphasis on STEREOTYPICAL) ranting black ppl. I will not go on and on about how your ancestors cruelty were horrible to my ancestors by killing them and beating them and starving them and making them feel worthless and discriminating against them and seperating them from their families and not allowing them to learn how to read and shipping them like sardines in ships. But I will tell u that slavery will never be forgotten and black ppl surely won't let it go any time soon. NOONE can even imagine how mistreated those black ppl were. How would YOU feel if u know that your great great great(however many greats there are) were abused at such an extent?? ALL races are racist. But how did all this hatred start? Just answer that question. There's a difference btwn stereotypes and being racist. Most white/black ppl's problem is that they believe the stereotypes.I am black. But I do not say "yo yo yo homie! I ain't got dat fo sho", smoke crack, steal, nor am i a "ganster". Yes I like hip hop but so do some white ppl. The other stereotype: black ppl are poor. Well I am not thank u very much! Every race in itself should be a proud people. All races are loyal to their own. This does not make a race bad. There is nothing wrong with "even the ones u say who collect government money", so what u would rather give it to the countries that do not pay taxes yet reap the benefits, or the illegals who reap the benefits--no taxes....Get a life and grow up!

Well I'm prejudiced because in the small town where I grew up there were just a couple of black families. And they were some of the finest people you could have ever met. While I don't think they were treated particularly well, they maintained a good attitude and conducted themselves with dignity and treated eveyone else with respect and earned the respect of the community. Eventually one of them was even elected Mayor of the town.

While in the Army I was educated to the fact that all black people were not like the people in my home town. Yet, even the bad guys who I did have conflicts with, didn't hold a grudge once they figured out our differences were personal and not based on bias.

I agree we've all gotten just a little bit too sensitive over racial issues. I've witnessed both cases, blacks getting a break just because they are black and black people getting shafted just because they are black. I'll have to say up to now the getting shafted happens more often than getting a break.

I've yet to meet the person I couldn't get along with because they had some chip on their shoulder. Once they understood I judged them based on their actions not their appearance.

Is your question "are black people the real racists?" If so, I think you're putting us in a box. I have been told I am racist even though I have white family members and a half white son. I think that there are racists in every race. And, unfortunately, people tend to base their beliefs on their experiences.

I don't hate white people. Whites have more experience with being racist and hide it. They do sneaky things like discriminate and talk about you behind your back. When you are a minority in this country, you have to be careful and you have to be aware. That's just the way it is, so don't turn it around on black people just because some of the black racist are truthful about it and not sneaky, which I think is much worse.
